Primary Responsibilities
- Stationed onsite or visits job site regularly
- Collect submittals from Subcontractors
- Prepare submittal register and review submittals
- Review, process, and send RFI’s to architect
- Review returned RFI’s and distribute to appropriate subcontractors
- PRACTICE document control by processing and filing RFI's and Submittals in appropriate locations
- Prepare submittal and RFI log information for OAC meeting agenda
- Schedule various project meetings (e.g., preconstruction meetings)
- Update drawings with all changes electronically (RFIs, submittals, RFPs, addenda, etc.); Link drawings using BlueBeam/CMIC
- Assist project management staff with pay applications as needed
- Assist in collecting pricing from subcontractors as needed
- Assist in scheduling subcontractors and material delivery
- Complete project closeout in an efficient and timely manner
- Create and complete Pogue Pre-Punchlist
- Create and complete Architect Punchlist
- Colecct closeout documents and prepare Closeout Manual
- Schedule owner training
- Support with tracking and scheduling of warranty items
- Other tasks as assigned

Education & Experience
- Minimum 20 hrs of Continued Education (yearly)
- Knowledge of hardware and software programs (PlanGrid, CMiC, etc.)
- Bachelors Degree
