FW - Production Operator - Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Train and mentor new operators to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in production operations or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
