Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is a leading platform for discovering, comparing, and selecting proprietary trading firms. We provide traders with tools and features for traders to easily compare challenge details, read verified reviews, see audited payout data, and much more, from the top prop firms. The mission is to increase transparency and efficiency in the prop trading industry by helping traders make informed decisions that align with their goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy and structure of futures prop firm data
- Produce high-quality research and insights that support traders and internal teams
- Track developments across the futures prop trading ecosystem
- Monitor firm changes and translate market and industry activity into clear, actionable intelligence
- Owning the integrity of research outputs end-to-end
- Deliver consistent research on futures prop firms
- Research and profile futures prop trading firms globally
- Track industry changes, firm updates, and new market entrants
- Maintain structured and well-documented firm research
- Deliver clear summaries and comparative insights for internal use
- Build strong domain expertise in futures prop trading models and evaluation systems
- Monitor futures market developments (macro + micro drivers affecting trader behavior)
- Deliver 2-3 structured research briefs per month
- Produce weekly or recurring market commentary when required
- Contribute insights for educational and analytical content
- Simplify complex futures market information into clear, trader-friendly narratives
- Support content initiatives with timely futures market insights
- Participate in internal syncs and planning discussions
- Identify workflow gaps and propose improvements
- Contribute to structured research processes and documentation systems
- Share relevant market insights that support product and strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role
- Strong understanding of financial markets, with a focus on futures instruments
- Familiarity with proprietary trading firms and their evaluation/challenge models
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Excellent written communication with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience with research tools, spreadsheets, or data management systems
- Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
Success Indicators
- Regular delivery of 2-3 insightful research briefs per month
- Weekly publication of content that meets engagement goals
- Demonstrated alignment with product and content teams' needs
- Prominent positive feedback on clarity and usability of insights
- Contributions to increased platform visibility and reputation (e.g., mentions, shares, search performance)
