About Us
All-Star Sports Academy (ASSA) delivers impact through our mission – “Inspiring and mentoring young athletes to become successful individuals – one game, one lesson, and one player at a time.” ASSA is the Greater Philadelphia area’s premier organization for developing young athletes through mentorship, instruction, and competition. Since 1998, our organization has evolved from one to seven training centers and is a national leader for baseball and softball training, with a focus on mentoring young players and emphasizing the benefits of hard work, commitment, and excellent training routines. Our All-Star Tournament Series, a division of ASSA, is the nation’s premier provider of guaranteed college exposure events, operating college exposure and non-college exposure tournaments and camps throughout the East Coast.
Responsibilities
- Professionally represent the Futures Division and mission statement, preparing high school players athletically and academically with the guidance necessary for a successful college experience.
- Conduct practices twice a week, coordinated by our Director of Futures & Futures Coordinator.
- Coach in approximately 11 tournaments from May to October 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sports Management preferred.
- College baseball playing experience is required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong desire to succeed and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- Coaching, teaching, or instructing experience preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid Driver’s License.
