About the role

Clinton Manor Living Center supports each person in living a meaningful and satisfying life through long-term care with skilled nursing services. The center specializes in caring for seniors or individuals with high medical needs, as well as people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support residents recuperating from surgery, stroke, or illness with a team of highly-skilled RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Provide hands-on, person-centered, direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
• Offer residents daily choices and allow them to make decisions based on their individual needs, goals, and preferences to feel at home during their stay.
• Assist with various tasks including housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shifts vary and may include day, evening, and overnight hours.
