Future Talent Process Engineer

About the role

Future Talent Process Engineer – Vernon Hills, Illinois. Part of an 18‑month Future Talent Program – Technical Track starting February 2027. No visa support provided.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from conceptual development through implementation to start of commercial operation.
• Work in a multi‑project environment, adapting to each project’s needs.
• Assume full responsibility for technical solution and quality aspects, securing project‑management buy‑in and aligning with customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues internationally and utilize resources across the organization.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge locally and internationally.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Bioproducts/Biosystems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Studies completed or will be completed between May 2025 and July 2027.
• Passion for excellence, customer centricity, desire to advance career.
• Availability to travel.
• Analytical and communication skills, initiative, team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment.

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range: $60,600 USD – $77,800 USD. Eligible for a short‑term incentive of 10% of base salary.
