About the role
The primary responsibility is to provide speech and language therapy services to students within the Muskingum Valley Educational Service Center. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills. -
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of need in speech and language development.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Evaluate progress towards goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support for students.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio.
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
