Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sterile filling and containment processes for various drug products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry.
• Experience with sterile filling and containment processes.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and good manufacturing practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Passion for quality and safety in the pharmaceutical industry.
