Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers in finding products that align with their style and preferences
• Manage inventory and ensure store displays are attractive and informative
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and company values
• Support team members in achieving sales targets and store performance metrics

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay

Hours vary based on the specific store location and role, but typically range from 8 hours per day to 40 hours per week.
