About the role

Associated Grocers of New England (AGNE) is a leading retailer-owned, wholesale distribution center serving New England and expanding into upstate New York and Eastern Pennsylvania. AGNE operates fourteen supermarkets in New Hampshire and Vermont, including Vista in Laconia, Sully’s in Goffstown and Allenstown, Harvest Market in Wolfeboro, and Berlin Marketplace in Berlin, as well as Jericho Market in Jericho, Londonderry Village Market in Londonderry, Vista in Newport, Richmond Market & Beverage in Richmond, Shelburne Market in Shelburne, Village Market in Waterbury, Stowe Village Market, Essex Junction Market, and Woodstock Village Market.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Operate efficiently and safely within the warehouse environment
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite preferred)

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required.
