About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our strong organization and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the success of the credit union through exceptional customer service and teamwork.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist in managing member inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Support the credit union's mission by promoting financial education and awareness among members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Customer service orientation.
