ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an energetic professional to join our team immediately as we prepare for the opening of our second State Farm location in McCandless, PA on March 1st, 2024. The ideal candidate will generate exceptional client experiences, provide prompt and accurate customer service, and enhance their career while supporting the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and promote the growth of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to obtain Auto/Homeowners License
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
