Future Opening: Shine Field Technician

Job Summary

You’ll meet with the team each morning to understand the day’s game plan. You’ll travel in one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with a Crew Leader) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs. Current service offerings include Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, and Holiday Light Installations. You may meet with customers while performing the service to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 50 pounds
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
• Must have a strong work ethic and enjoy high levels of extended activity
• Must be willing to maintain high standards, have a desire to learn, and be open to performance-based feedback

Compensation

Competitive pay and opportunity to make more. Starting base pay between $15-20 per hour with potential for performance-based increases and customer tips (pay may vary for 30-day probation period upon new hire).
