Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

Requirements

• Caring Heart
• Great Communicator
• Experienced Professional (at least two years of caregiving experience preferred)
• Minimum 2 years experience working with seniors
• Currently enrolled in a nursing program or completion of a CNA course
• CNA training (not required, but a plus!)
• Reliable and Trustworthy: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence
