Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, demonstrating the ability to lead a team while driving sales performance.

Position

Position: Sales Lead in boutique fitness studio
Reports to: Studio Manager/Owner
Schedule: Full-time (Part Time possible)
Compensation: Competitive compensation + sales commission + bonus opportunities. Hourly $16-18/hour

Job Overview

As the Sales Lead, you’ll play a key role in getting leads and driving sales. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure the studio meets sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Studio in driving leads and sales
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Maintain an engaging studio culture while meeting or exceeding personal and studio sales goals.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to drive memberships and enhance customer service.
  • Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to grow studio utilization and lead generation.
  • Attend and participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable about BODY20 technology and programming.
  • Promote the studio through community outreach, social media, and events.
  • Handle client inquiries, membership concerns, and overall customer service to maintain high retention.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in fitness sales or customer service
  • Experience in B2B relations and grassroots efforts
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Proficiency in sales software and technology platforms

Compensation

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
