Future Opening: Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an energetic Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our team immediately as we prepare for the opening of our second State Farm location in McCandless, PA on March 1st, 2024. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Communicate effectively to meet the needs of customers and promote the growth of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to obtain Auto/Homeowners License.
• Able to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
• Proactive in problem-solving.
