Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Aid in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Aid with appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services.
• Processing customer payments for products or services, including credit card, online, or other payment methods.
• Verify payment details and ensure accuracy before completing transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation

$11.50 - $14.00 per hour
