Future Opening: Outpatient Licensed Mental Health Therapist
This position is hybrid with required days in the office in Monroeville, PA.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
- Conduct a minimum of 105 client sessions per month (with the ability to see more if desired) for a diverse population.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Coordinate care for assigned clients to ensure continuity.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
- Engage in community involvement and maintain a sense of humor and fun in the workplace.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- On track to obtain licensure in your designated field (LAPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- General knowledge of community resources and insurance billing.
- Familiarity with Apple products, EHR (Valant is a plus!), Telehealth, and other software platforms.
- Ability to pass a background check.
