Ace Handyman Services Panama City has immediate hiring opportunities for Multi-Skilled Craftsman to join their team servicing customers along the Emerald Coast. They are looking for experienced, professional Handymen and Handywomen with a strong work ethic, incredible attention to detail, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades.

Requirements

- Ability to perform all types of quality handyman repairs. - Be able to educate customers in upselling additional work. - Own tools to perform all the trades. - Pass Background check, driving record and drug screening. - Current, valid driver’s license. - Must be tech savvy to use their dispatching and billing platform, Service Titan. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Professional appearance and demeanor.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills. - Estimation skills. - Prior customer service experience, strongly preferred.

Qualifications

- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman / Handyman. - Strong communication skills when discussing project details with clients and team members. - Able to estimate amount of time and charge accordingly. - Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. - Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention. - Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks. - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. - Assist in the installation of fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed. - Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary follow-up work. - Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used for each job.
