About the Role

We are seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. As a State Farm team member for Mark Quinnell - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Support State Farm office administration, technical and computers systems management.

What we’re looking for

  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and proactive at problem solving.
  • People oriented and dedicated to customer service.
  • Enthusiastic about the role that insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health Insurance license (must be able to obtain)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office computer and systems management.
  • Dedicated team player.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 with additional commission and bonus opportunities. Total compensation includes the following benefits:
