About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team at Juan Williams - State Farm Agent!

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

  • Simpler IRA

Our office is located in the city of Lake Park, FL. We have 6 team members at our agency and 30 years of combined insurance experience. We have received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and National Quality Award. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
