Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Aid clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must pass Delaware's Property and Casualty licensing exam prior to start of employment.
- Will be required to obtain Delaware's Life and Health licensing.
About the role
This position offers a competitive compensation range of $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
