Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. The ideal candidate is an energetic professional interested in helping the business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Detail oriented.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
