Future Opening: Agent's Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member
Position Overview
Do you have aspirations to run your own business? If so, you may want to consider working in the office of Jane Lee - State Farm Agent.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to multi-task
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
