Qualifications

- Teaching experience in secondary education - Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach 5 sections of relevant class(es) in a seven-period schedule
• Work directly with other grade level teachers as part of a professional team
• Work vertically with the larger middle school team to collaborate and develop and enrich robust learning opportunities
• Advise students as part of the Middle School Advisory Program
• Attend scheduled committee and faculty meetings, both during and after-school
• Contribute to the larger school community by working carpool duties, participating in curriculum night and open house
• Welcome employees with an interest in coaching and sponsoring other extracurricular programs
