Tom Firth is hiring a future founder with a focus on engineering. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in building and growing a startup.

About the Role

You will work closely with the CEO and engineering team to build, ship, and iterate on the product as Cotera grows. You'll be responsible for turning ambiguous customer needs into shipped features and using AI tools to move faster.

Responsibilities

• Building product directly with the engineering team
• Working closely with Ibby, our CEO, on high-priority product and customer problems
• Turning ambiguous customer needs into shipped features
• Prototyping quickly, testing ideas, and iterating based on feedback
• Using AI tools aggressively to move faster
• Helping us build systems that make customers happy and successful
• Sitting close to GTM, customers, and product strategy — not just code
• Taking ownership of projects end-to-end, from idea to implementation to impact

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package including a $135K–$200K salary and significant equity.
