About the role
The role is responsible for overseeing the academic curriculum and ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education. This includes developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with teachers and administrators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an academic curriculum aligned with state standards
- Absorb and analyze student performance data to inform instructional strategies

- Evaluate teaching methods and make necessary adjustments
- Attend professional development workshops and seminars
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- At least 3 years of teaching experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
