Fusion Welders

About the role

The Fusion Welder is responsible for performing high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick welding operations in a high-heat manufacturing environment. This role requires experience working with gas-assisted welding processes, the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• MIG Welding
• TIG Welding
• Stick Welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Experience working in a high-temperature production environment.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS D17.1 Aerospace Welding Endorsement
• AWS Certified Welder Certification
• NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Welder Certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and maneuver gas cylinders/tanks weighing 50 pounds from a dolly to the workstation
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the work shift.
