Fusion Welders

About the Role

A Fusion Welder performs high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick welding operations in a high-heat manufacturing environment. The role demands experience with gas-assisted welding processes, the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Experience with gas-assisted welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Experience working in a high-temperature production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• AWS D17.1 Aerospace Welding Endorsement (preferred).
• AWS Certified Welder Certification (preferred).
• NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Welder Certification (preferred).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and maneuver gas cylinders/tanks weighing 50 pounds from a dolly to the workstation.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the work shift.
