Description
Fusion Therapy Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working independently in the community and focuses on travel-based therapy. This role provides occupational therapy at partner daycares, preschools, schools, and other community locations throughout Northwest Arkansas through Fusion’s mobile therapy program. The position is travel-focused, with occasional in-clinic patients to help build the caseload or maintain productive hours.

What Your Schedule May Look Like
- Traveling between assigned community locations
- Treating multiple patients at the same school or daycare when possible
- Completing documentation between sessions or during designated administrative time
- Communicating with families, caregivers, teachers, and the Fusion clinical team
- Participating in team meetings and clinical collaboration
- Occasional in-clinic treatment when needed to bridge openings or support caseload development

Compensation and Financial Rewards
- Highly Competitive Hourly Pay: $52–$57 per billable hour
- Evaluation & Re-Evaluation Bonus: Additional $20/hour
- Administrative Pay: Paid administrative time during qualifying patient cancellations
- Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for eligible miles driven
- Travel Stipend: $20 administrative pay per travel day for travel between assigned locations and the clinic

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients to determine eligibility for occupational therapy services
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals
- Deliver therapy in community settings including daycares, preschools, and schools
- Adapt treatment to the child’s natural environment
- Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and community partners
- Complete documentation accurately and within required timelines
- Maintain communication with Fusion's scheduling, clinical, and administrative teams
- Manage travel between assigned locations responsibly and efficiently
- Maintain a reliable schedule and demonstrate ownership of assigned patients and community relationships
Requirements
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current Arkansas OT license or anticipated licensure date
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative clinical team
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Reliability and comfort managing a travel-based workday
- Ability and willingness to drive between assigned community locations
- Dependable transportation
- Knowledge of OT principles, early childhood development, and sensory integration
- Familiarity with Medicaid and private insurance documentation requirements preferred
