About the role

Fusion is one of Autodesk’s fastest-growing businesses, and the expansion team fuels that momentum. We are hiring a Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist to grow Fusion inside high-potential existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Expand Fusion customer accounts by identifying high-leverage workflows, teams, and product areas that benefit from more seats, advanced tiers, or PLM.
  • Run end-to-end virtual sales cycles, qualifying fast, aligning the solution, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Create targeted expansion plans for your territory that prioritize where Fusion delivers immediate lift.
  • Partner closely with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver sharp demos and technical validation.
  • Work closely with the land team to ensure consistent strategy and clean handoffs.
  • Multitask inside accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and create expansion momentum.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales tools.
  • Share insights, patterns, and repeatable plays that help the expansion team scale faster.

Requirements

  • Success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles where revenue growth was the metric.
  • Confidence running virtual sales cycles without relying on in-person meetings.
  • Ability to uncover expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and convert them into closed business.
  • Comfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership.
  • Interest in cloud-native technology, AI-driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformation.
  • Competitive drive and a growth mindset that fits a fast-moving team.

Pay

For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $97,600 and $175,100. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
