About the role

We’re looking for someone who is passionate, creative, and consistent to produce visual content for our student ministry (Fuse). If you enjoy working in a team, helping students have an everyday relationship with Jesus, and creating visual content that honors God, this role could be for you!

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit creative video content for the student ministry
• Manage the full video production workflow: pre-production, production, and post-production
• Direct talent and manage shoots efficiently
• Collaborate with and lead a team across a variety of projects

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in video production covering the full workflow — pre-production, production, and post-production
• A demonstrated track record of conceptualizing, shooting, and editing creative content
• Experience directing talent and managing shoots efficiently
• Experience working on or leading a team across a variety of projects
