Nuage Designs is a company that specializes in couture linens and luxury event rentals. Founded in Miami's Wynwood district in 2004, the company has grown to over 140 employees across Miami, New York, and Chicago. They are currently expanding and seeking an exceptional Furniture Team Lead to join their dynamic team.

Qualifications & Experience

• R e q u i r e d
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Forklift certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics, furniture handling, or event production
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage complex loading/unloading schedules
• Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to perform proactive planning
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy essential for verifying labels and counts
• Ability to lift heavy furniture items (up to 75 lbs.) and operate warehouse equipment safely

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday in a warehouse environment
• Frequently required to lift, carry, push, and pull furniture items weighing up to 75 lbs unassisted; team lift required for items exceeding 75 lbs
• Ability to safely maneuver, stack, and position large furniture items including tables, chairs, sofas, and other rental inventory of varying sizes and weights
• Must hold a valid forklift certification and be able to operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to move furniture inventory safely
• Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods and move throughout a large warehouse facility

Schedule Flexibility

• Schedule flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
