Furniture Delivery Driver $65,000-$85,000 yearly

About the role

As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will play a hands-on and meaningful role in bringing each customer's purchase to life. You'll inspect, wrap, and load your truck to ensure every order is protected and ready for delivery. Once you arrive at each home, you will assemble furniture, perform minor touch-ups when needed, and place each piece exactly where the customer envisions it. Your craftsmanship, care, and courtesy turn an empty space into a home, making you the final and memorable step in the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, wrap, and load furniture for delivery.
• Deliver and assemble furniture in customers' homes.
• Perform minor touch-ups to furniture as needed.
• Place furniture according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices.
• Operate a 24–26 ft. straight/box truck.
• Provide professional, patient, and courteous customer service, even in challenging situations.
• Lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs, tight corners, and varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a qualified driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Experience operating a 24–26 ft. straight/box truck.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical ability to handle furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
