Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect customer furniture, including sofas, dining tables, and beds, ensuring each piece meets high-quality standards.
• Promote and adhere to Raymour & Flanigan’s safety practices, maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating urgency and attention to detail.
• Use company-provided hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, wrenches) for assembly tasks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture weighing up to and exceeding 200 lbs.
• Perform quality inspections, upholstery checks, and product testing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Experience or comfort working with hand tools and on a workbench.
• Commitment to safety compliance and warehouse operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
