About the role

Do you want to work with people and help them plan for their futures? If so, this role as a FUNERAL PREPLANNING SPECIALIST could be perfect for you. You'll meet families in the JOSHUA, TX area who are interested in planning ahead for funeral wishes, guiding them through the process step by step.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with families in the JOSHUA, TX area to discuss funeral planning
  • Guide families through the process of planning ahead for funeral wishes
  • Work with Funeral Directors Life's sales management team for support and training
  • Participate in fun, all-expenses-paid annual incentive trips
  • Qualify for cash prizes in sales contests

Requirements

  • Texas Life Insurance License
  • Highly preferred funeral industry experience
  • Highly ethical approach to sales
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Comfortable working with user-friendly sales software and CRM software
  • Able to collaborate with others and work as part of a team
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Creative and innovative - willing to take initiative and own their role
  • Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent
