Funeral Sales Associate
Location: Queen of Heaven Cemetery & Funeral Center – Lafayette, CA
About the role
We are looking for a Funeral Sales Associate to join our team for pre-need sales, as well as at-need cemetery sales. As our Funeral Sales Associate, you will be the primary contact for families during their time of grief and assist them in their choices for their family member's final arrangements. This role offers the opportunity to use your sales skills in a meaningful way, openly live out your values, foster your spiritual life, and excel at your work within a Catholic environment.

- Focus on consultative sales to meet the funeral needs of families
- Control the success of your sales, with a supportive team behind you

- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
- Prospecting experience required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- 2-4 years of performance-based sales experience
- Interest in working in a Catholic environment (all backgrounds welcome to apply)
- Passion for people and supreme organizational skills
- Willingness to put in the work
