About the role
NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Funeral Director to join their team at Steverson Hamlin Hilbish Funeral Home in Tavares, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, guidance, and direction to families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one
- Cook up and carry out all aspects of funeral services and final memorialization
- Lead arrangement conferences, service planning, and family care
- Ensure compliance with all municipal, state, and federal regulations related to the funeral profession
Requirements
- Licensed Funeral Director in Florida or the ability to reciprocate
- Strong communication skills, integrity, and a genuine passion for serving families
- Commitment to professionalism, empathy, and high-quality care

Schedule & Work Environment
