Funds Associate
About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Funds Associate with three to five years of experience, preferably in private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds. This position is open to candidates in all Husch Blackwell offices except New Jersey, New York, and California.
Responsibilities
- Advising investment funds and investors during all stages of their lifecycle
- Working closely with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic business unit
- Handling multiple projects and demonstrating exceptional judgment and interpersonal skills
- Communicating legal strategies and courses of action effectively
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials
- A commitment to the community
- An active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying or the ability to obtain one as soon as possible

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in Vermont and Washington, D.C. is $240,000 - $285,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range in Colorado and Massachusetts is $230,000 - $285,000. The range in Maryland and Washington is $230,000 - $275,000. The range in Illinois is $215,000 - $285,000. The range in Minnesota is $215,000 - $260,000. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
