We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe Position Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, Benefits, Pay, Schedule? Let's see what content is present. Position Summary: first paragraph(s) before "Responsibilities". That is the summary. Responsibilities: list after "Responsibilities Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" then many bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We need to turn into
  • . Qualifications: after "Qualifications" heading: list of bullet-like items. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: after that heading: list. Benefits: later in "Who We Are" section includes benefits description. There's a paragraph describing benefits: "Employees working 24 hours/week or more are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flex accounts, short and long-term disability, life insurance, long term care insurance, tuition reimbursement, generous Paid Time Off, 12 annual holidays and Paid Family Leave, as well as an annual Cultural & Heritage Day and Volunteer Day of their choosing. They are also eligible for our gold standard 401(k) retirement plan. Please click HERE for more information. Full time employees (37.5 hours/week), will enjoy all of the above plus an annual School Visitation Day and an Elder Care Facility Day of their choosing." We need to include Benefits section only if posting has real specific content. It does. So we will create

    Benefits

    and then a
    • list of benefits. Should we split each benefit? Probably list each item separated by commas; but we can break into list items for clarity. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. We can keep as a paragraph

      but rule says use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Benefits is a list, so we should use
        • . We need to extract each benefit item. Benefits list: medical, dental, vision, flex accounts, short and long-term disability, life insurance, long term care insurance, tuition reimbursement, generous Paid Time Off, 12 annual holidays, Paid Family Leave, annual Cultural & Heritage Day, Volunteer Day of their choosing, gold standard 401(k) retirement plan. Additionally for full time employees (37.5 hours/week): annual School Visitation Day and Elder Care Facility Day. We could combine: list all. Pay: there is salary range: "$55,000-$63,000" and performance-based incentive up to $13,000. So we need Pay section. Schedule: position location says Full Time Exempt, based on a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Also mentions working some nights and weekends, travel up to 50%, evenings and weekends as required. So we can include Schedule section with that info. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The "Who We Are" includes mission statement etc. That is not boilerplate? It's descriptive about organization; we may keep as part of About the role? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "Who We Are" section includes mission statement etc. That's not boilerplate; it's substantive about the organization. Could be considered part of About the role? But we already have Position Summary. Could add an "About the Organization" section? Not required headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About the Organization". So we might incorporate the mission statement into About the role (Position Summary) or maybe we can omit because not required. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit mission statement if it's substantive. But we can incorporate into About the role section as prose (

). The About the role heading is allowed. So we can put Position Summary plus the "Who We Are" mission description under About the role. Thus About the role will contain the Position Summary paragraph(s) and the Who We Are paragraph(s) about mission, investment, employees, etc. We'll combine into

          maybe multiple

tags. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. We'll have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check each has content. Now format. We'll produce:

          About the role

          Position Summary ...

          Who We Are ...

          Then Responsibilities:

          Responsibilities

          • ... each bullet. We need to split responsibilities into sensible items. The text after "Responsibilities Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" then a long string of sentences separated by periods. We'll split at each period that ends a sentence. Now Pay: we have salary range and incentive. We'll create

            Pay

The Alzheimer's Association’s good faith expectation for the salary range for this role is $55,000-$63,000. There is a performance-based incentive opportunity up to $13,000, depending on portfolio size and achievement of quarterly goals.

Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required. Travel up to 50% within assigned territory by car, bi-weekly basis, occasional overnight or air travel. So we can summarize.
