About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Funder to join our team. In this role, you will process and manage wire requests, communicate with title companies, and ensure the timely and accurate funding of mortgage loans.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage wire requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with title companies via email and phone to coordinate funding activities.
• Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Follow up on outstanding items and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

This is a full-time, office-based position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
• Associate's degree or higher is an advantage.
• Previous mortgage, banking, title, or funding experience is preferred.

Location

This position is available in either our office in Troy, MI or our HQ in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
