Fundamental Research Analyst

Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze news/events/information that will have an impact on our trading group(s) and report pertinent information.
- Support traders by being the sole point of contact for conducting research and following all global macro events that could impact the price of certain securities.
- Collaborate and work directly with small trading groups on analyzing data for patterns as well as developing new ideas/tools.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in a Research Analyst Role.
- Demonstrable passion for the financial markets as well as for problem solving and pattern recognition.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive, fast-paced, collaborative, and collegial environment.
- A strong quantitative, analytical and research-oriented skill set.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and/or Reuters.
- Programming skills in Python will get you bonus points!

Pay
Base Salary Range $170,000 - $200,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees.
