Fund Origination - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead and proactively manage the structuring and execution of fund origination initiatives from concept through launch.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, efficient, and successful fund launches.
• Partner with asset managers and wealth managers to structure and launch funds aligned with client, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
• Oversee and support the development of marketing materials.
• Cook up and coordinate with internal Legal and Compliance teams to obtain required reviews and approvals.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of materials related to new fund approvals and new fund launches.
• Drive product management decisions for funds currently on our menu.
• Leverage experience to help shape iCapital’s service offerings across multiple fund structures.
• Support ad hoc fund launch initiatives and strategic projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or another related field
• 10+ years of product structuring experience with exposure to fund administration, fund management or custodial relationships
• Experience in alternative investments with a focus on various fund structures is required
• A positive attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
• A detail-oriented, self-starter that is accustomed to project work with tight deadlines
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments
• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A strong verbal and written communication skills
• A strong analytical skills

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $180,000.

Schedule

Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
