Fund Operations Analyst

About the role

As a Fund Operations Analyst, you will run the daily execution engine behind the 150+ funds on the Allocate platform. Capital call notices, wires and transfers, credit facility drawdowns, payment matching, expense reconciliation, and the records that everything else depends on. As Allocate scales, the fund count on the platform is growing quickly, and we need to keep automating our processes to keep pace. You will learn the operational process, then work with the team and spearhead the efforts on how we can automate our workflows. This is a hands‑on execution role with a build mandate attached, and you will be measured on two things: delivering a superb client experience (accurate and on time every time) and enabling the same team to handle more funds this quarter than last quarter.
