Fund Controller - Real Estate PE

About the role

The Fund Controller will report to the CFO and oversee the accounting for one of their funds.

Responsibilities

- Oversee financial reporting for a private equity fund. - Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. - Prepare financial statements and reports. - Manage cash flow and investment activities. - Work closely with external auditors. - Assist in fundraising efforts.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience from either Public Accounting and/or Real Estate Private Equity. - CPA certification is preferred but not required. - Strong proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience in private equity or real estate industry.

Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
