Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with Longmark's strategic objectives.
- Manage and optimize portfolio performance through active oversight and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on investment goals and execution plans.
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes that impact the real estate sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful investment and portfolio management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing diverse investment portfolios.
- Knowledge of real estate finance, including mortgage-backed securities and other debt instruments.
- Understanding of real estate valuation techniques and market analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Experience with real estate databases and market research tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
