Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with Longmark's strategic objectives.
• Manage and optimize portfolio performance through active oversight and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on investment goals and execution plans.
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes that impact the real estate sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful investment and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing diverse investment portfolios.
• Knowledge of real estate finance, including mortgage-backed securities and other debt instruments.
• Understanding of real estate valuation techniques and market analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
• Experience with real estate databases and market research tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
