What You’ll Do

Deliver verified Functional Safety concepts and design specifications.
Find and apply the best method for any PS&S design engineering activity.
Analyze incoming Functional Safety requirements and resolve all open technical questions.
Add Functional Safety Engineer controls as elements and functions to the existing hardware and software designs.
Derive Functional Safety design specifications from the reviewed and approved Functional Safety control designs.
Document and verify all added Functional Safety requirements for software and hardware with the other relevant design & test engineers.

What To Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Functional Safety roles.
Comprehension of vision hardware and software, as well as PS&S engineering methods and design patterns.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

What Will Help

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH).
Familiarity with Functional Safety frameworks (e.g., ISO21434, ISO27001, ISO26262).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
