What You'll Do

• Lead functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Accounting Hub Cloud Service
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather business requirements, and perform fit-gap assessments to define future-state finance processes
• Design and govern enterprise structures, chart of accounts, financial data models, and end-to-end finance solutions
• Partner with finance and technology teams to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with Oracle leading practices
• Support implementation activities including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and solution governance

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience serving as an ERP Functional Architect, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role
• 8-12+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials
• Strong knowledge of finance and project accounting processes, including: Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Project Financial Management
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, defining target-state solutions, and supporting governance frameworks
• Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience creating functional specifications and validating end-to-end business solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Knowledge of enterprise finance transformation initiatives and best-practice process design
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
