Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Specialist
About the role
Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a full-time Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Specialist.
Responsibilities
Provide FFT services and provide oversight and clinical supervision to a team of FFT therapists. Establish, implement, and maintain the FFT program as a whole and ensure fidelity to the FFT model. Provide FFT services in Lyon, Sioux, Osceola, O’Brien, Dickinson, Clay, Emmet, and Palo Alto counties. Must reside in one of these eight counties and could be based in Spencer, IA or Sheldon, IA.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible for a full, independent Iowa license (LISW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are required
- Must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to children, families, and individuals with mental illnesses
- A certification in functional family therapy is preferred but not required
- Experience doing program start-up and/or providing program oversight is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license due to regular travel requirements

Pay
$55,000-$65,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)
Schedule
Regular travel is required for this position, so a valid driver’s license is required.
