About the Role
- Design, build, and maintain a wide range of custom reports using the Workday Report Writer tool.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency to meet diverse business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with finance and payroll stakeholders to understand their data needs, translating complex requirements into robust and insightful reports for critical decision-making.
- Leverage Prism Analytics to manipulate, transform, and analyze large datasets, preparing data for advanced reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
- Expertly manage the migration of reports across multiple Workday environments (e.g., Sandbox, Pre-Production, Production), ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.
- Create and refine complex calculated fields to extend Workday's reporting capabilities, enabling deeper analysis and more precise data extraction.
- Proactively identify and resolve reporting issues, as well as optimize existing reports for performance and user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Electronic Engineering or related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Functional Consultant related occupation.
Requires 3 years (36 months) of experience in the following:
- Data analysis and interpretation;
- Working with business stakeholders (HR, Finance, etc.);
- Translating high-level business questions into technical specifications for multiple reports;
- Troubleshooting report issues, resolving data discrepancies, and developing creative solutions to meet client needs;
- Training end-users on how to run, interpret, and leverage multiple reports.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.

Pay
Salary Range: $133,952 - $167,900

Workday uses a hybrid Flex Work Model. Most roles require at least 50% in-person time each quarter in a Workday office or with customers, prospects, or partners, with specific expectations varying by role, team, country, and business needs.
